The clean job cards provide the candidate with a quick summary of each vacancy, leading to a nicely formatted detail page and application form. Each vacancy is personalised with the recruiters personal photograph and details.

The Process
CCD consulted with various members of the Plan B team using our process based briefing approach to capture the exact features and look necessary for the project to become a success in the recruitment industry. A series of design prototypes were issued for client feedback before the site was developed, tested and delivered. The website integrates with Plan B's recruitment CRM 'Panther' for seamless reporting, candidate application tracking and accurate ROI.
Plan B has over tripled it's candidate applications in the 12 month period since the new website was launched. Reporting provides information so that the candidate journey can be tweaked on a regular basis to increase the conversion rate as much as possible.
